What is your process from design to final installation?
- Initial Consultation: We discuss your ideas, storage needs, and budget.
- Design & Quote: We provide detailed designs and a clear price breakdown.
- Workshop Build: We handcraft your furniture off-site to minimise mess in your home.
- Clean Installation: Our team fits the piece perfectly and tidies up entirely
02
How long does a typical custom furniture project take?
Most projects take between 6 to 8 weeks from design approval to installation. The on-site fitting usually takes just 1 to 3 days, depending on the size of the project. We will give you a precise timeline before we begin.
03
How do you calculate the price of a bespoke piece?
Every project is priced individually based on three main factors:
- The overall dimensions of the furniture.
- The internal complexity, such as the number of drawers, hanging rails, or integrated lighting.
- Your choice of materials and finishes.
04
Do you charge for initial design consultations?
No. Our initial consultations and basic design estimates are completely free and carry no obligation.
05
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve South East London and South West London, frequently working in and around Herne Hill, Dulwich, Peckham, Brixton, and Clapham. However, we regularly undertake bespoke cabinetry projects across the wider Greater London area like St Johns Wood, Mill Hill and Radlett. If you live further away, please contact us to discuss your project's location.
06
How should I prepare my room before the installation?
To help us work efficiently, please clear the immediate area of any existing furniture, clothes, or valuables. We also require a clear, safe pathway from our delivery vehicle to your room.
07
What materials and finishes do you use?
We use premium, durable materials suited to your style and budget. Options range from high-quality Egger boards and Swiss Krono to beautiful real wood veneers, solid oak, and custom paint finishes.
08
Can you match my existing decor or use specific handles I brought?
Yes. We can match paint colours to your existing walls or furniture. We are also happy to install specific hardware, handles, or integrated smart lighting that you have already chosen.
09
Will the process be disruptive?
We believe creating custom furniture should be an exciting and highly enjoyable experience, not a stressful chore. From the initial spark of an idea during your design consultation to the final reveal in your home, we collaborate closely with you every step of the way. We manage all the heavy lifting, keep communication crystal clear, and build the majority of the cabinetry in our off-site workshop. This ensures your home stays peaceful, tidy, and free of chaos right up until the final, seamless installation day.
